1. About us

Twist of Crafts is a handcrafted home decor business based in Multan, Pakistan. You can reach us at twistofcrafts@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 330 3922223.

2. Products

We sell canvas prints and photo frames, made to order in the size you choose.
Colours in the photos on this website may look slightly different on your screen compared with the printed product.
Because every piece is handmade, small variations in finish and wood grain are normal and are not defects.
Photo frame products contain glass. Please handle with care.

3. Sizes and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you select (Pakistani Rupees for Pakistan) and depend on the type and size you select. For orders outside Pakistan, delivery is quoted separately on WhatsApp before you pay.
We may correct pricing errors or change prices at any time. An order is only confirmed once we have confirmed it with you.
Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
You are responsible for entering the correct size. Please double check before placing your order.

4. Orders and confirmation

When you place an order on our website, it is saved with an Order ID, and your order details are sent to us on WhatsApp.
Your order is accepted only after we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and, where applicable, receive your payment or advance.
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, the details are incomplete, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel, any payment you made will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash). Payment details are shared with you directly on WhatsApp. All orders are made to order and are paid in advance; production starts once your payment is confirmed. Please pay only to the account details shared by us on our official WhatsApp number.

6. Custom designs and your artwork

If you send us a photo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it.
We are not responsible for the quality of a print caused by a low-resolution or poor-quality image you provide. We will tell you if we think an image is not suitable.
We may decline any artwork that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

7. Production and delivery

Every order is made after it is confirmed. We will give you an estimated time on WhatsApp; this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
We deliver through courier services. Delivery times depend on your city and the courier.
You can follow your order on our tracking page.
Please provide a correct and complete address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

8. Returns and refunds

8a. Print approval guarantee

Before we dispatch your order, we send you a photo of your actual print on WhatsApp. If you do not like it, we reprint it for you, subject to these conditions:

Tell us within 24 hours of receiving the photo, before the order is dispatched.
One free reprint per item, in the same design, size and finish you ordered.
The reprint covers print quality, colour and finishing. It does not cover changing to a different design, size or finish; those are treated as a new order.
For artwork or photos you supply, we cannot reprint for problems caused by the original file (for example low resolution or colours in the file itself).
Small colour differences between screens and the printed piece, and natural variation in canvas texture and wood grain, are not defects.
Exclusive designs are reprinted only to replace your own copy; the design is still printed for one owner only.

8b. Exclusive designs

Designs marked "Exclusive design" are printed for one customer only. Once an order for an Exclusive design is placed, the design is marked closed and is not sold again. If that order is cancelled before production, we may make the design available again.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and branding on this website belong to Twist of Crafts or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Twist of Crafts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
