Return & Refund Policy

Every Twist of Crafts product is made to order, in the size and design you choose. Because of this, our policy is different from ordinary shops. Please read it before you order.

1. Made-to-order items

Canvas prints and photo frames are made specially for you, so we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or if you entered a size or chose a design by mistake.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or workmanship defect, or is not what you ordered, we will repair, remake or replace it at no cost to you, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. To qualify:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 330 3922223) or at twistofcrafts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send your Order ID, clear photos of the problem and of the packaging. A short unboxing video is very helpful, especially for photo frames with glass.
  • Keep the item and its packaging until we have resolved the issue.

3. What is not covered

  • Small colour differences between your screen and the printed product.
  • Natural variation in wood grain and handmade finishing.
  • Low print quality caused by a low-resolution image supplied by you.
  • Damage caused after delivery, such as misuse, moisture or incorrect hanging.

4. Cancelling an order

  • You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID as soon as possible.
  • Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the item is already being made for you.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are sent to you through the same method you used to pay, or another method we agree with you.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after we approve them.
  • Refunds are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

6. Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed or lost by the courier, tell us and we will follow up with the courier for you. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will remake and resend it or refund you.
