A Sufi dervish spins through the sema, the whirling prayer of the Mevlevi order inspired by Rumi. One hand opens towards the heavens, the other towards the earth. Crimson silk trails from his white robe as he turns across a marble floor scattered with red petals. Through the arch, a mosque rises out of the mist beneath a full golden moon, framed by black columns, flowing red calligraphy and a branch of crimson leaves.
