You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. Refund Process

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer.
4. Exchange
If available, we may offer product exchange instead of refund.
5. Return Shipping
If the mistake is ours, we cover return shipping.
If not, the customer bears return shipping cost.
